2020 Award Winners

Each year, Regency presents a variety of employees and properties with awards during our Annual Awards banquet. Service awards are presented based on years of service in appreciation of our employees’ dedication to Regency. Also presented are property awards based on the results of our annual resident survey provided by CEL & Associates, Inc. and the property’s rent delinquency percentage throughout the year. Individual awards are peer-nominated awards for the categories of Leasing, Maintenance, Corporate Office, and the Spirit of Regency. The Spirit of Regency Award is our most prestigious award provided to someone who embodies our core values and goes above and beyond to help drive Regency’s mission.
