Regency Multifamily closed on the purchase of Element at the Mill, a 130-unit apartment community in Bloomington, IN, on Thursday, August 19th. The property is located just half a mile north of Adams Village Apartments, another Regency Multifamily community, and will be known as Adams Village at the Mill. This addition will bring the total number of apartments at Adams Village to 450.

Adams Village at the Mill consists of studio, 1, and 2-bedroom apartment homes. The apartments feature granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, and luxury vinyl flooring. As part of the Adams Village community, residents will have full access to the clubhouse and all amenities at Adams Village. These amenities include a swimming pool, 24-hour fitness center, leash-free dog park, indoor golf/game simulator, party room, and Starbucks coffee bar.
