With construction on the first building completed, The Landing at Legends began moving in new residents on May 15th. In addition, the clubhouse and new model apartment are now available for both walk-in and scheduled tours. Regency Multifamily is the owner, developer, and manager of The Landing at Legends.

The Landing at Legends is a 55 and Better Community featuring luxury one and two-bedroom apartments. The new apartments feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, an in-unit washer/dryer, a fireplace, walk-in closets, and a private patio or balcony. The community also boasts a variety of amenities, including free golf at Legends Golf Course, fitness centers, an indoor swimming pool, tennis/pickleball court, putting green, steam room, coffee bar, underground parking garage, dog wash station, and so much more. The Landing at Legends is located at 4503 Legends Drive, off the corner of S Staley Road and Curtis Road in Champaign. The second building is expected to be completed in August.
