Our Story
David Eades, 1980
In 1974, David Eades founded Regency with a vision of providing not only a higher standard of living for residents of our communities, but a higher standard of culture and leadership for our employees.
Over 50 years later, David's vision remains at the forefront of our minds as we have grown. Regency has developed, acquired, and managed thousands of apartment homes across the Midwest and been the start of countless careers in the industry. Our success has been made possible by maintaining our founder's standards in leadership and proudly employing the best of the best.
