Lafayette, IN – Regency Multifamily has recently acquired the Overture Flats property conveniently located off State Road 26 and I-65 in Lafayette, Indiana. ROCHESTER, MN – Regency Multifamily has recently expanded their portfolio with the acquisition this week of The Pines of Rochester property located on the desirable northwest side of Rochester, Minnesota.
