BASIC PURPOSE:
Under the direction of the Director of Operations administers and maintains the apartment community operations in accordance with company policies and procedures. Specific areas of responsibility include renting apartments, completing leasing paperwork, monitoring market conditions, advertising, curb appeal, collecting and depositing monies, and resident relations. Promotes and functions as a team player of property staff and with sister properties.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
- Overseeing the daily activities of the property.
- Managing all leasing and office staff members.
- Processing all property payables including invoices per company policy and move-out dispositions timely; maintains expense reports.
- Assist in preparing and coordinating marketing campaigns to effectively market the apartments. Monitors and maintains all media advertising.
- Qualifying, demonstrating, and leasing apartments in accordance with Fair Housing guidelines. Reviews, processes, and completes final approval or rejection on all rental applications, lease forms, and reports to ensure they are properly completed according to property guidelines and company policy.
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:
Valid driver’s license and good driving record along with auto insurance required.
