With construction on the new Phase 2 apartments quickly wrapping up, The Pines of Rochester will begin moving in new residents on February 15, 2021. Development for Phase 2 began in October 2019. Regency Multifamily is the owner, developer, and manager of The Pines of Rochester.

Phase 2 of The Pines of Rochester consists of 192 new, luxury apartments including studio, one, and two-bedroom floor plans. The new apartments feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, wood-style flooring, secure keyless entry, and a private patio or balcony. The new development also boasts a variety of amenities including an indoor golf simulator, fitness center, steam and wellness rooms, secure package room with refrigerator, underground parking with limited electric car charging stations, dog wash station, and a paver patio with gas grills and sun sails. New residents will also have access to Phase 1 amenities, including a free shuttle service downtown. Phase 2 is located just east of 50^th Avenue NW and north of Alpha Parkway NW, near Hy-Vee.
