The Landing at Legends will be the first luxury 55 & Better apartment community in the Champaign area, available to qualifying individuals aged 55 and older. The property was built to create an enjoyable living experience for the 55+ age demographic, including luxurious apartment features and ample amenities. The Landing is a fully independent living community with no assisted living options provided.

The Landing at Legends is located in Southwest Champaign off Curtis Rd between S Staley Rd and Palmer Dr. There are a total of 214 apartments, including one-bedroom, one-bedroom with den, and two-bedroom units. Apartments became available starting in the Spring of 2023 and feature nine-foot ceilings, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, full kitchen with islands, an in-unit washer and dryer, and more.
