Regency Multifamily acquired Meadow Creek Apartments, a 183-unit community in Bloomington, on Tuesday, May 24th. The purchase brings Regency’s total number of apartments owned and managed to 4,178 units, 1,665 of which are in the Bloomington, IN market.
Meadow Creek Apartments features a wide variety of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments and townhomes featuring lodge-style architecture. The spacious apartments range from 615 to 2,000 square feet and include an in-unit washer and dryer, fireplace, and a patio or balcony. Property amenities include a swimming pool with pool house, community patio with fireplace and grills, dog park, and backyard park. The community is located near Jackson Creek in Southeast Bloomington, with walking paths nearby and ample green space on the property.
