Regency Multifamily is pleased to announce the promotion of Beverly Martinez to Director of Training and Lead Software Support. Beverly began her career with Regency in 2004 in Leasing. Following a brief personal leave, she rejoined the team in 2006 and was quickly promoted to a Property Manager in 2007. Over time, she began taking on additional responsibilities with the company’s software programs and became a key resource for employees.

As Director of Training and Lead Software Support, Beverly will act as the internal point of contact for the company’s property management software and will work closely with software vendors. She will also create and implement training programs and guides for new and existing employees to help them feel supported and ensure they can work to their full capabilities.

“Beverly has over sixteen years of experience with Regency and has eagerly learned the ins and outs of our operational software,” said Brittney Warters, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. “We are grateful for her dedication to our company and are confident she will do an incredible job in her new role.”
