Regency Multifamily has promoted Laural Collins to Vice President of People & Culture. Laural joined the Regency team in 2022 as the Director of Human Resources and quickly gained the respect of her peers, earning the Corporate Office Employee of the Year Award in 2023.

As Vice President of People & Culture, Laural is responsible for employee relations and development, recruiting, benefits, payroll, and plays an important role in Regency’s strategic planning as a member of the Executive Team. Laural has completed the SHRM-CP and PHR certifications, is certified in Mental Health First Aid, and is a Certified Trainer for Crucial Conversations.
