Regency Multifamily is pleased to welcome Marc Malmquist to the company’s Leadership Team as the new Director of Accounting. Marc comes to Regency with a Master’s Degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and his CPA.

As Director of Accounting, Marc will be responsible for the management of the accounting department, preparation of all financial statements and tax returns, oversight of annual audit preparation, working capital management, tax planning, cash management, and supervision of payroll of consolidated and related entities. Marc will also be responsible for effective and timely communications and reporting to the Board of Managers and its committees, government and regulatory entities, investors, joint venture partners, and lenders.
