Regency Multifamily is excited to announce the promotion of Cameron Rexroad to HR Generalist, Alanna Larson to Community Manager of Gentry Square, Alex Bell to Community Manager of Flats at 146, Kennedy Toomey to Assistant Community Manager of Meadow Park, and DeAngelo Fincher to Leasing Manager.

Cameron, as HR Generalist, will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, employee engagement initiatives, performance management, and providing HR support to all managers. She will also assist with payroll processing and the administration of employee benefits.

Alanna will serve as the Community Manager overseeing the daily operations of Gentry Square in Champaign, IL, while Alex will manage Flats at 146 in Noblesville, IN. Their responsibilities include leasing, resident relations, and office management.

Kennedy will support the Community Manager at Meadow Park in Bloomington, IN, assisting with all daily operations and stepping in as Community Manager in their absence.

As the Leasing Manager, DeAngelo will train all new leasing coordinators in Bloomington, IN, and Noblesville, IN, and assist with leasing efforts wherever necessary.
