The Legends Apartments was voted number one in the category of Apartment/Townhome/Condo Complex in the 2020 People’s Choice awards presented by The News-Gazette. Windsor West Apartments placed third in the same category, and Regency Multifamily placed third in the Rental Company category.

Each year, The News-Gazette presents a variety of categories that are open for nominations. The nominees in each category are then voted on to determine the best of the best. Winners are deemed the “People’s Choice” and are highlighted in a winner’s magazine.
