The Pines of Rochester held a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce on April 7, 2021 for the grand opening of the community’s second phase of apartments. Regency Multifamily is the owner, developer, and manager of The Pines of Rochester.

The new Phase 2 building is located at 4880 Pines View Place NW in Rochester, just across the street from the original development. The new building consists of 192 new, luxury apartments including studio, one, and two-bedroom floor plans. The leasing office is also located in the new building in addition to a variety of amenities such as an indoor golf simulator, fitness center, steam and wellness rooms, secure package room with refrigerator, and a dog wash station. The new apartments feature quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, wood-style flooring, secure keyless entry, and a private patio or balcony. Underground parking is also available with limited electric car charging stations.
