Regency Multifamily grew by 240 units in April 2024 with the purchase of Precedent Flats in Lafayette, IN. The newly developed luxury property is located less than three miles south of Overture Flats, another Regency Multifamily community. The addition of Precedent Flats brings the total number of Regency-owned and managed apartments in Lafayette to 502 between the two properties.
