ROCHESTER, MN – Regency Multifamily has recently expanded their portfolio with the acquisition this week of The Pines of Rochester property located on the desirable northwest side of Rochester, Minnesota. The Pines was completed in 2017 and includes 192 units comprised of one- and two-bedroom luxury apartments.  Although Regency Multifamily purchased the Pines this month, they took over property management in January 2018. Within 60 days of Regency Multifamily managing The Pines, the occupancy rate rose from 60% to 97% with a waitlist.
