The Pines of Rochester is currently in the process of building an 11,680 square foot clubhouse, the latest development for the growing apartment community. Earlier this year, the property added 192 new luxury apartments bringing the total number of units to 384. Regency Multifamily is the owner, developer, and manager of The Pines of Rochester.

The new community clubhouse will be available to all Pines residents in addition to the amenities that are already located within the apartment buildings. The clubhouse will feature an indoor swimming pool, outdoor sundeck with grills and firepit, game room with indoor golf simulator, steam room, party room, conference center, coffee bar, and outdoor dog park. The leasing office will also be relocated to the clubhouse upon completion. The Pines of Rochester clubhouse will be located east of 50th Avenue NW and north of Alpha Parkway NW, near Hy-Vee.
