Regency Multifamily has promoted Mason Dowler to Marketing Manager. Mason joined the Regency team in 2022 as the Marketing & Public Relations Assistant/Leasing Coordinator and quickly transitioned full-time as the Marketing Specialist, where he ran the marketing department while his supervisor was out on leave and did so while being an instrumental member of the software replacement task force.

As Marketing Manager, Mason is responsible for all marketing and public relations-related activities conducted by the corporate office and the properties. He holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Illinois State University.

“Mason has shown his impressive creativity, contagious energy, and drive to get things done,” said Brittney Warters, Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. “I am so proud of him and am confident that he will excel in this new role.”
