Regency Multifamily has promoted Michelle Hallbeck to Director of Operations. Michelle began her career at Regency in 2008 as a part-time Leasing Coordinator. She moved through the ranks, and after a brief hiatus, took over as Community Manager at The Legends Apartments in 2018. Now, Michelle oversees all Champaign, IL properties as well as Lafayette, IN.

As Director of Operations, Michelle is engaged and responsible in the overall operations of Gentry Square, Overture Flats, Precedent Flats, The Legends Apartments, The Landing at Legends, and Windsor West. She is accountable for budgeting, financial reporting, training and supervising office staff, as well as collaborating on marketing strategies, negotiating and evaluating contracts, and inspecting each property to ensure the highest of standards are maintained.
