Regency is proud to announce the promotion of Kaci Owens to Vice President of Operations of Regency Management Service, LLC. Kaci joined Regency in early 2016 as a Leasing Coordinator in Bloomington, Indiana, and has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and a deep understanding of the multifamily industry throughout her career.

Kaci quickly advanced within the organization, earning her first promotion in 2017 to Assistant Director of Operations. In 2018, driven by her passion for marketing and leasing strategy, she transitioned to Assistant Director of Marketing & Leasing. Her diverse experience across both operations and marketing has equipped her with a well-rounded perspective and has played a key role in strengthening Regency’s performance and growth. In recognition of her impact and leadership, Kaci was promoted to Senior Director of Operations in 2024 and, most recently, to Vice President of Operations in 2026.

As Vice President of Operations, Owens oversees all aspects of operational performance and serves as supervisor to all Directors of Operations, the Director of IT, and the marketing department. Reporting directly to the President of Regency Management Service, LLC, she plays a critical role in guiding strategy, supporting teams, and ensuring continued operational excellence as Regency reaches an all-time high in units owned and managed.

Owens attended Indiana University and holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from the National Apartment Association.
