Regency Celebrates Eighteen Years of Award-Winning Customer Service

For the eighteenth year in a row, Regency Multifamily has earned national recognition for customer service excellence as the 2024 A List Award Winner for Category III. The A List Award for Real Estate Excellence is presented by CEL & Associates, Inc. and recognizes companies whose management performance and commitment to the highest level of quality of service are distinguished to be the “Best in the Industry.”

“To win this customer service award for so many consecutive years says a lot about our team,” said Teresa Kelnhofer, President and CEO of Regency Multifamily. “It is our employees who take excellent care of our residents to ensure their living experience at a Regency property is a great one. Our culture and approach to multifamily living is something that sets us apart, and something we are proud of.”

A List Award winners are determined based on results from resident surveys conducted by CEL & Associates. These surveys are distributed to residents in all apartment communities owned and managed by Regency. CEL & Associates then compiles its “Best in the Industry” list, highlighting companies that demonstrate a higher standard of quality customer service compared to their peers nationwide. The feedback gathered from the surveys is carefully reviewed to address residents’ concerns and implement new ideas.
