Regency Multifamily grew by 159 units on Wednesday, September 22nd with the purchase of Red44 in Rochester, MN. The luxury property is located just seven and a half miles south of The Pines of Rochester, another Regency Multifamily community. The addition of Red44 brings the total number of Regency-owned and managed apartments in Rochester to 543 between the two properties.  

Red44 offers upscale studio, 1, and 2-bedroom apartment homes as well as penthouses.
