Regency Multifamily is excited to announce the promotion of Brittney Oldham to Senior Director of Operations, Jacque Carpenter to Director of Operations, and Erin Graves to Community Manager of Regency Club Apartments.

As Senior Director of Operations, Brittney Oldham will oversee the operations of all thirteen properties in addition to supervising the Marketing and Training departments. Brittney has been with Regency for twelve years and was previously the Director of Operations for seven of the company’s properties.

Jacque Carpenter will be responsible for the operations of Gentry Square, Kimber Green, The Legends, Overture Flats, Regency Club, and Windsor West Apartments. Before her role as Director of Operations, Jacque was the Community Manager at Regency Club Apartments.

As the Community Manager of Regency Club Apartments in Evansville, IN, Erin Graves will oversee the daily activities of the property. Her responsibilities will include leasing, resident relations, and office management.
