ROCHESTER, MN – Regency Multifamily has purchased approximately 55 acres of land adjacent to its recently acquired Pines of Rochester property in Rochester, Minnesota. The land is located east of 50th Avenue NW and north of Alpha Parkway NW. The land will be used for the development of an additional 600 luxury apartments. The entire development, which includes the existing Pines, will be called The Woods of Rochester.
Plans for the new development when complete include a 6000 sq. ft. clubhouse, a golf simulator, indoor and outdoor pools, a commercial grade gym, movie theatre, and other top-of-the-line amenities. Building construction is scheduled to begin in 2019.
“We are excited to have the opportunity to be a part of such a progressive and growing city,” said Teresa Kelnhofer, President of Regency Multifamily. “We look forward to not only developing The Woods of Rochester, but to contributing to the city and the Mayo Clinic whenever possible.”
