Regency Multifamily has earned national recognition for customer service excellence as the 2022 A List Award Winner for Category III. The A List Award for Real Estate Excellence is presented by CEL & Associates, Inc. and recognizes companies whose management performance and commitment to the highest level of quality of service are considered to be the “Best in the Industry.” This is the sixteenth consecutive year that Regency has received this award.

The recipients of A List Awards are carefully chosen through resident surveys conducted by CEL & Associates. These surveys are distributed to residents residing in Regency-owned and managed apartment communities. CEL & Associates evaluates the survey results and compiles a prestigious “Best in the Industry” list, highlighting companies that have demonstrated exceptional aptitude in delivering top-notch customer service compared to their counterparts nationwide. The feedback gathered from these surveys is reviewed to address residents’ concerns and introduce new concepts.
