August 27, 2018, Champaign, IL – Regency Multifamily is proud to announce and welcome Shane Allen as Vice President of Finance & Accounting. Shane will be responsible for financial reporting to investors, monitoring liquidity needs for development, acquisitions, arranging lender financing, and placing insurance for risk management for the company.

Shane joins the Regency Multifamily team with ten years of commercial real estate finance and lending experience. He was formerly SVP, Relationship Manager of Commercial Real Estate with Busey Bank where he actively sourced, analyzed, and managed a portfolio of commercial real estate loans. He also serves as past-president of Illini Rebounders and is a director for CCIM Illinois.

Shane is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) with proven expertise in financial, market, and investment analysis related to commercial real estate. He holds a Bachelors degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
