Regency is pleased to announce the promotion of Kaci Conklin from Director of Sales to Senior Director of Operations. Conklin started with Regency nearly eight years ago as a Leasing Coordinator. During her time with the company she has acted as temporary Community Manager, Assistant Director of Operations, Assistant Director of Marketing and Leasing, Director of Leasing and Training, before taking on her most recent role as Director of Sales.

In her new role, Kaci will serve as supervisor to all Directors of Operations as well as the marketing department and report directly to the Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer.  Kaci will oversee all aspects of operations to ensure Regency’s continued success and growth as the company is currently at an all-time high in number of units owned and managed.
