Regency is proud to announce Robert Pratten has joined its Board of Managers. Mr. Pratten brings over 34 years of real estate development experience and finance experience, including 13 years as Regency’s President and CEO before his retirement in 2017.

During his leadership, he oversaw major projects such as Windsor West, a 316-unit geothermal community recognized for its energy efficiency. He also guided Regency through the Great Recession, ensuring the completion of key developments and delivering substantial savings to residents. In addition, he managed all company financing, negotiating with leading financial institutions and overseeing securities syndications. 

Mr. Pratten holds a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and completed advanced management studies at Harvard. He is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Planner, and an active industry leader.
