Regency Multifamily is pleased to announce that we have officially broken ground on our newest phase of Adams Village this month. Steeplechase Apartments, Bloomington, Indiana—a part of Regency Consolidated Residential LLC— is renovating their 238 unit apartment community. The renovations began on April 25.
