Regency Apartments has purchased Hunters Ridge in East Lansing, MI as the 17th property in its portfolio. This is Regency’s first property in Michigan, with three in Illinois and thirteen in Indiana, and it increases the portfolio to nearly 3,500 units. “We feel the addition of Hunters Ridge Apartments is a great stepping stone into this new market,” said Rhonda Sharp, Regional Property Manager for Regency Apartments. “We are also excited to be entering into our third Big Ten market.”…
